This login enhancement has many benefits—including a new logout button, enhanced security and additional flexibility for more user-friendly login options.
Registered customers are required to enter their username and password the first time they log in. If you have used your browser or password manager to save your username/password, you will have to re-enter your username and password the first time you login to use a QuickTool (you may re-save your password again after that initial login).
What is not changing: Customers' usernames and passwords are NOT changing. The Con-way website does NOT remember customers' usernames or passwords—this is a browser or OS-based function (e.g., Internet Explorer or Windows Password Manager). You do not need to re-register (if you do, you will lose your attached locations, BOL Templates, Pickup Templates, etc.). XML partners will not have to make any changes as a result of this.
