Tracking
Enhanced Multi-PRO Tracking (registered users only)
Allows you to track by PRO, your PO number, bill of lading or a custom reference number of your choosing. Our integrated, one-stop tracking handles them all with ease, speed and reliability. You don’t even need to specify what kind of number you’re entering — we’ve trained the systems to know. Just select Track from the menu, put in your tracking number, and you’re ready to go.Multi-PRO Tracking (nonregistered users)

Our new Dynamic Shipment Management system can automatically and proactively notify you of potentially delayed shipments — a great help for logistics managers. When signing up for shipment tracking, just select Delay as one of the events for which you wish to receive information.If you need to know if a shipment has been picked up, delivered or delayed, our Shipment Status Notify option is your answer. This tool allows you to receive e-mail notifications about specific shipment events for any number of PROs. These events are grouped into categories: Delays, Pickup/Delivery, Movements and All. You can change the group you’ve selected on the fly, or stop notifications all together.
Pickup Request
Now you can schedule a pickup from the convenience of your desktop —
anytime, day or night. If you’re a registered user, your information is
already prepopulated, so you don’t need to re-enter data at the start
of each session. You’ll receive an e-mail from the applicable service
center in 30 minutes or less, confirming your pickup.
Bill of Lading (BOL)
Con-way’s online bill of lading is faster and easier to use,
making online LTL freight shipping and logistics management a reality.
- The new and quicker Short Form is a one-page data entry form where you need only enter shipper, consignee, commodity and reference number info (and pickup, if requested).
- The Print Center makes it much easier for you to choose what you want to print and when. It handles BOLs, as well as shipping labels and previously submitted BOLs.
- You can use templates to reduce the amount of time spent entering repetitive information.
- The Commodity Description line has a drop-down menu that you can prepopulate with your most commonly used commodities.
Transit Time Maps
Our industry-leading time in transit is delivered to your fingertips with on-demand and easy-to-use interactive maps, allowing you to quickly view and download a PDF of the transit times for a given area.

Service Center Locator
With more than 450 operating locations, we give you the ability to locate your nearest service center, as well as its transit times, address, telephone numbers, contact information for service center personnel, and even get directions, to ensure your needs are met. And with as many operating locations as Con-way Freight, we can probably be there earlier for delivery and later for pickup than anyone else in the LTL industry.
Reports/Manifests
We offer fully featured, dynamically generated manifests and management reports. There are two primary types:
Shipment Summary/Detail Reports: historical shipment activity. These summary reports include detailed reporting that lets you drill down to trace a specific shipment, then view the documents associated with that shipment. These dynamically generated reports include historical and year-to-date data in an easy-to-read format. Detailed reports provide a more comprehensive view of information shown in a summary report, right down to the PRO level. From here, you can trace a specific shipment, then view the associated proof of delivery (bill of lading or delivery receipt).
All shipment summary detailed reports offer you the opportunity to download the data as a spreadsheet file, giving you the flexibility of controlling your own shipment information. In addition, these reports offer the convenience of a handy Format to Print option.
Manifest Reports: recent shipment activity. You can schedule manifest reports that will be sent to you via e-mail or fax. You pick the information you want, to be delivered on a schedule you select. This one-time sign-up is ideal for automatically receiving manifest reports on a regular basis. Or you can view an individual manifest report online immediately. This is ideal for viewing a single, specific manifest.
Proof of Delivery
When you need proof that a shipment has been delivered, click here to
view, e-mail or fax signed proofs of delivery and bills of lading. Need
to know who signed for shipment, or view a bill of lading? Our
industry-leading image retrieval system is fast, reliable and easy to
use, and it’s one more way Con-way makes online freight shipping viable
and effective. And if you need to send it to someone else quickly, you
can easily fax or e-mail the image anywhere in the world. You can view
a larger image, or create a handy printer-friendly version with just
one click.
Shipment Density Calculator
This tool calculates the density for your shipment. For correct
results, be sure to accurately measure the length, width and height of
the shipment, including packaging and pallet dimensions.
Invoicing
Electronic Invoice Presentment (EIP)
