Menlo Worldwide Covers the Mexico City-Guadalajara-Monterrey Triangle

Menlo Worldwide Logistics offers third-party logistics (3PL) solutions in Mexico and at the border for customers of all sizes. Our approach to supply chain management is completely scalable, allowing us to handle a single cross-dock project or supply a fully integrated supply chain management solution, all with the same technology platform. Customers benefit from economies of scale, efficient startups and flexibility to scale with their business growth. We apply today’s leading supply chain technology and lean operating processes to bring about logistics solutions that work for our customers in Mexico—meeting their needs and helping to achieve their business objectives.

For each customer, we offer Mexico logistics services that solve business challenges and meet key objectives—whether designing, implementing and operating a Mexico warehouse facility or creating an inventory postponement strategy. Menlo Worldwide Logistics is able to implement systems that provide critical data integration and in-depth visibility. Data integration enables order information to flow bi-directionally between Menlo’s logistics systems and your ERP or order system. This leads to efficient execution of your customers’ orders and timely notification of shipments, so your customers can be invoiced promptly. With in-depth visibility, customers have insight into real-time information about the status of their inventory, whether in motion or at rest. Status information of inbound components and raw materials feeds manufacturing planning. Finished goods status supports customer order commitments. Our startup teams utilizing repeatable, standard processes achieve these results with shorter implementation periods and lower project costs than a customer could otherwise attain. The benefits are faster realization of logistics savings, ROI and improved service from an optimized logistics solution.
