For mission-critical less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, Con-way Freight offers guaranteed delivery service, including overnight freight delivery. Whether you're shipping across town or across North America, Con-way Freight can guarantee on-time delivery from every one of its more than 365 operating locations. And Con-way Freight offers the same guaranteed LTL on-time delivery to, from and within Canada.
Con-way Freight Provides Two Levels of Guaranteed LTL Service
Standard Delivery Service Guarantee
- Eligible shipments under the current CNWY-599 tariff will receive a “no charge” guarantee
- No action is required to be enrolled in the program ― shipments are automatically guaranteed for FREE
- If a shipment is late, you qualify for a $0.00 invoice for net linehaul charges and fuel surcharges
- For consideration of a claim, the debtor on the shipment must file a service-failure form on the Con-way Freight website within seven days after the scheduled date of delivery
- Guaranteed delivery WITHOUT ANY FORMS OR CLAIMS TO FILE
- Your shipment arrives on the day we say it will, including overnight freight ― or you automatically receive a $0.00 invoice for net linehaul charges and fuel surcharges WITH NO CLAIMS TO FILE
- We'll give your shipment special handling and tracking, from your dock to your customer
- Make sure to select Instant Guaranteed Service (G!) if you’re not on the current Con-way Freight CNWY-599 tariff
- Regardless of your pricing program, just mark your bill of lading (BOL) or e-BOL "Guaranteed!" or "G!"
- A 20 percent surcharge will be added to your already discounted rates

*Shipments must be ready for pickup no later than 5 p.m. local time on the day of shipment.
*Delivery is achieved when Con-way Freight tenders the entire shipment for delivery within the published standard transit time.
*Points without direct service; temperature-controlled items; shipments marked for, or which require, liftgate service; and shipments affected by acts of God are excluded from Con-way Freight guaranteed services.
*Shipments marked as hazmat, or which subsequently require the shipment to be handled as hazmat as specified by the United States DOT, are excluded from this program.
