January 31, 2008 - The Board of Directors of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW) has declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 14, 2008 to shareholders of record on February 14, 2008.

January 10, 2008 - Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW) today announced that its truckload operating unit, Contract Freighters, Inc. (CFI), will now be known as Con-way Truckload. Con-way Inc. completed the $750 million acquisition of the privately held Joplin, Mo.-based international truckload carrier on Aug. 23, 2007.
